I have just found out why the wife in the family must be slim. Husbands tend to park the passenger side of his car close to a wall or another car.. .. so close that only a slim wife can squeeze in.

Lala Land

In a land far far away from here, there exists a society of unequals not in rank or in intelligence but in pseudoconstructed-strata. The number two (N2) guy is a philogynist and though he would never admit it, is also a misoandry. This guy causes stress for the whole society. On one hand N2 gives paid favours to the inner circle and burden the outer circle with work and he himself would not even lift a finger to help. Of course he couldn't on the obvious show his dislike so whenever cornered he would transform into a hypocrite.

This society is in a mess. There are all sorts of characters in this society from a cry-baby, back-stabber, hypocrites, taici master (pushes work to others), complainant, mostly the dredges of the society.

It is sad but true. Who should we blame? Who should bore the brunt of this decay?

Today (6 May 2010) I had to......
1. mendaftarkan pelajar baru (can't remember his name) from SMTT to SMK Tg. Bungah to SMK Westlands. His father works in Uplands.
2. Relief Lau Siaw Ling during the 10th period 2K3.
3. menghantar surat amaran Shahrul Zulffriez, Naim and Samuel.
4. teach 5 periods.
5. write lesson plans
6. nobody informed me of 4P4 being in USM that I waited outside the class for almost the whole period.
7. write laporan ko-kurikulum taekwondo.
So out of 10 periods, there is not much time left for meals.

Life

In life we either spend money or spend time. If we want to save money, we have to spend more time looking for bargains etc. If we want to save time, money is the elixir.

Ingat-ingat itu remember

Jangan membeli motor baru, nanti kena curi.
Jangan membeli rumah baru, nanti projek terbengkalai.
Jangan cari isteri muda, nanti ini mahu itupun mahu. Segala-galanya mahu.

Naik motosikal buruk, pencuri tak heran.
Beli rumah secondhand, tidak perlu risau tentang pemaju perumahan yang dayus.
Isteri tua lebih matang. Of course tua-tua pun mestilah isteri pertama.

Bangau oh Bangau

The pavements the streets of Malaysia (mostly in towns) are being blocked by hawker stalls and tables etc. This makes walking to places a stone's throw away highly dangerous as cars fly by at break-necking speed. So Malaysians prefer to drive to the destination (rather than walk) and this causes congestion, traffic jams, double parking, pollution, space constraints etc. Walking is one of the best forms of exercise and road side hawking is hazardous to health as the food is contaminated by dust, fumes, etc. And the health ministry wonders why less and less Malaysians are exercising and more Malaysians falling sick - making free medicine and treatments offered by government-run-hospitals costing billions of taxpayers' money each year.

Should the health officers do something?

Happy Teacher's Day

Today is a happy day for me. I teach in a school where the students are basically poor. So on Teachers' Day they cannot give me anything but the school principal did. He gave every teacher a headset. I was so happy when I went up to receive my award, I was given the loudest applause!!!!! Thank God.

Bird Flu and et al. (H5N1)+A(H1N1)

In the past when my family were farmers and whenever an animal we reared fell ill, they will roam the field behind our house looking for a specific plant to chew on and walla! they are cured. This is a usual habit of not only poultry, but also dogs and I am sure swine.

The problem with the meat industry is that they locked these animals up and these animals would never see the light of day nor the sun from the day these animals are born until they(the animals) are slaughtered.

The cure for H5N1 and A(H1N1) is to let these animals roam free again and they (these animals) will look for the cure themselves. Land expanse is important in rearing poultry and other meat animals.

Quarrels

There is a trend where the opposing side (OS) will shoot down every project of the current ruling government (CRG) saying it is unwise, dangerous, wastage of public funds and by the end of 5 years criticize the CRG asking them why they (the CRG) did not embark on any project - criticizing them (the CRG) of inaction, lackadaisical and lazy.

Investment

Instead of trying to discover new oil wells, Petronas should instead invest in the new natural resources like a film production company and sent talented malaysians for acting lessons. They should be sent to the best acting schools in the world and with that investment, it is likely that when a movie by petronas hit box office, it is worth all the efforts. Kudos for Primax III.

History

I recently discovered that the history taught in schools today in Malaysia is different from what i learnt in the same school (PFS). What happened?
